Travis Whaites

Travis Whaites is an accomplished Automation and Controls Engineer with extensive experience in maintenance and troubleshooting across various industries. At Rheem Australia since October 2007, Travis has held multiple leadership roles, including Maintenance Team Leader, Team Leader Electrical, and Maintenance Electrician, focusing on metal press and projection welding machinery. Prior experience includes work at Ai Automotive as an Advanced Engineering Tradesperson, where expertise in metal press machinery and PLC control systems was developed. Additional experience includes maintenance electrician roles at PMP Limited, managing coldset and heatset printing presses, and a lengthy tenure at Castalloy as a Maintenance Planner and Electrician, covering furnaces and die-casting machines.
