Allayjah Meredith

Allayjah Meredith, MPA, currently serves as a Global Talent & Learning Specialist at Rheem Manufacturing and as a part-time Learning Experience Designer for the American Medical Association. With prior experience as a Learning Experience Designer at Intellum, Allayjah focused on employee onboarding and curriculum development while ensuring high program completion rates. Additional roles include Learning and Development Consultant at Unlock, Program Manager in Learning & Development at ScaleJOY, and Financial Aid Advisor at The University of Georgia, where Allayjah significantly improved onboarding processes and resource development. Allayjah holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Sociology from Louisiana State University.
