Fokko van der Zee

Fokko van der Zee currently serves as Strategy Director Europe at Rheem Manufacturing since November 2023, overseeing brands such as De Jong Hot Water Tanks and Intergas. Previously held roles include Chief Commercial Officer at De Jong Hot Water Tanks and CCO Europe at Intergas Verwarming B.V., where a focus on energy transition initiatives was emphasized. Fokko has also operated as the owner of DLM since May 2022 and chaired the board of the Max Foundation for a brief period in 2022. A significant tenure at Nedap as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of Security Management showcased leadership in high-tech and security solutions. Earlier experience at GE Healthcare involved various high-level management positions, notably as Regional General Manager EMEA for Service Supply Chain Operations. Prior roles include management positions at Thales and operational roles in the Royal Netherlands Navy. Fokko holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and has pursued executive education at Harvard Business School.
