Justin Pearce

Justin Pearce is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in operations and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Distribution Center Manager at Rheem Manufacturing since October 2025, Justin provides strategic and operational leadership for a 500,000 square foot distribution center. Previously, Justin held positions as Senior Operations Manager at FCP Euro and Sr Operations Manager for Inventory Control at SEPHORA. Additional experience includes managerial roles at Shutterfly, Inc., Broadway Metal Recycling, and Liberty Southwest LLC, where Justin focused on manufacturing, warehouse operations, and inventory control. Justin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Northern Arizona University.
