Karthig Kathirvel

Karthig Kathirvel currently serves as Senior Manager of Product Engineering at Rheem Manufacturing, overseeing commercial packaged and splits products, as well as residential packaged and international offerings since April 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Product Management at Rheem, focusing on various product management roles, strategic product expansions, and digital tools strategy. Karthig held the position of Global Product Manager at Johnson Controls from December 2016 to April 2020, and served as Product Manager at Lennox International from June 2014 to November 2016. Earlier experience includes a role as Product Development Engineer at Infosys Finacle. Karthig holds an M.B.A. and an M.S. in Information Technology and Management from The University of Texas at Dallas, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
