Shilpa

Shilpa (Sheila) is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Shilpa's career includes serving as the Director, Head of Talent Acquisition and Strategy at Rheem Manufacturing, where responsibilities involved leading Talent Acquisition for the Water, Air, and Enterprise segments and representing Talent Acquisition at the Global HR Leadership Team. Previous positions at UCB involved managing talent acquisition efforts in the Americas and supporting international implementation of SAP/Success Factors. Shilpa also held managerial roles at Supplemental Health Care, where brand awareness and client relations were enhanced, and at Saint Leo University, leading recruitment and enrollment initiatives. Additionally, an entrepreneurial background includes directing people and business development within a family-owned hospitality, healthcare, and retail enterprise. Shilpa holds a Masters Certificate in Leadership from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Healthcare Administration from Purdue University.
