Travis Hill

Travis Hill, MBA, currently serves as a Design Engineer II at Rheem Manufacturing since January 2022, focusing on value engineering and cost improvement projects. Previously, Travis held positions at Rheem as a Design Engineer I on the Storage Electrics Design Team and as a Test Engineer I with the Tankless Water Heater Lab Team. Prior to joining Rheem, Travis worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer and Project Manager at Coalmont Electrical Development Corp from December 2020 to December 2021. Travis holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama (expected May 2025), an MBA with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the UAB Collat School of Business (2022), and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from The University of Alabama (2019). Travis completed an Honors Diploma at Thompson High School in May 2014.
