Shahrzad Rafati

Shahrzad Rafati is the Founder and CEO of RHEI, a global media and technology company based in Vancouver, Canada, dedicated to transforming content distribution and marketing in the creator economy. In addition to leading RHEI since 2005, Shahrzad serves as an appointed member of the G7 Gender Equality Advisory Council and co-chairs G20 EMPOWER, focusing on women's economic empowerment and leadership in the private sector. Previous roles include Board Vice Chair at Invest in Canada, Board Member positions at BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group and Hootsuite, and representing Canada on the G20 Business Women Leaders Task Force. Shahrzad also contributed to the Vancouver Economic Commission and the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs, promoting economic growth and support for women in business. Educational qualifications include a degree from The University of British Columbia and participation in leadership programs at Oxford and Université Paris-Sorbonne.
