Anika Silva

Anika Silva currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Board Member at Rheinmetall since November 2022, leading the HR department for the Swiss entity. Previously, Anika was the Head of People & Culture at Contovista AG from March 2021 to November 2022 and took a leave for family between January 2020 and March 2021. Anika's extensive experience includes roles such as Head of Human Resources at Itaú Private Bank Zurich, Human Resources Fondée de Pouvoirs at Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking, and Human Resources Administrator at RBC Investor Services. Anika began a career in recruiting at Google, managing the recruitment process across EMEA and Israel, and has also held positions at SunGard. Education includes ongoing studies in HR and law at ZHAW School of Management and Law, complemented by multiple HR qualifications and an early background in languages and economics.
