Atul Ruikar

Atul Ruikar is an experienced professional in material and process development, currently serving as Manager of Material and Process Development in R&D at Rheinmetall since May 2018. With a strong background in process engineering and quality assurance acquired during tenure at Innovative Clad Solutions Pvt Ltd from December 2010 to April 2018, Atul also held the position of Senior Engineer in Corporate R&D at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, focusing on material development for engine components. At the start of his career, Atul worked as a Diploma Trainee at Hindalco Industries Limited, contributing to aluminum alloy cladding projects. Atul holds a B.Tech in Metallurgy and Material Science from COEP Technological University, a diploma in Metallurgy from Government Polytechnic Nagpur, and a General Management Programme for Executives from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
