Jan Hauser

Jan Hauser currently serves as Junior Manager Corporate Strategy & Development at Rheinmetall since June 2023, having previously held roles as Werkstudent in the Programme Organization and Sales for Defence at steep GmbH from December 2021 to June 2023. Jan's professional experience includes a brief tenure as a Summer Trainee at Kearney in September 2022 and various positions at RWTH Aachen University from October 2018 to March 2021, including Student Assistant and Tutor in Decision Science. Prior experience also includes an internship in metal processing at Deutsche Edelstahlwerke in June 2017. Jan Hauser is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Maschinenbau at RWTH Aachen University, following a Bachelor of Science in the same field at the same institution, and holds an Abitur from Friedrich-Spee-Gymnasium Geldern.
