Leonhard Ingenpass

Leonhard Ingenpass is an experienced business leader currently serving as Vice President and Head of Business Development at Rheinmetall since March 2021, while also holding the position of CFO at Rheinmetall Automecanica. Prior to this, Leonhard held roles such as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and Market Strategy and Senior Manager in M&A. In February 2019, Leonhard transitioned to Deloitte Consulting, specializing in M&A Consulting with a focus on strategy and analytics until March 2021. Previous roles include Subject Matter Expert in Business Transformation at 3M and early career positions as Management Trainee and intern at Ernst & Young and Hamburg Sud. Leonhard holds a Master of Science in International Business/Accountancy from Maastricht University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Cologne, complemented by a semester abroad at Fudan University.
