Monica Wertheim

Monica Wertheim serves as the Head of Global HR Operations at Rheinmetall AG, with a focus on senior vice president-level HR global operations since March 2017. Previously, Monica held positions including Head of Central Area Global Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding & Diversity at Rheinmetall AG, and Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Uniper from December 2015 to February 2017. Additionally, from April 2007 to February 2017, Monica was with E.ON, managing talent acquisition, HR transformation projects, and communications. Earlier experience includes serving as Managing Director at Kleffmann Group and Marketing/Sales Director at Muskator Werke. Monica's career began in marketing as a Communication/Advertising Manager at Goldschmidt AG. Education includes a degree in General Management from ESMT Berlin.
