Paul Felber

Paul Felber currently serves as the Head of Mechanical Engineering Capability at Rheinmetall, a position held since March 2021, and has also served as Manager of Structures and Static Systems and Australian Industry Capability Lead Engineer. Prior experience includes a 15-year tenure with the Australian Army, where roles ranged from Project AIR90 Engineer and Project Manager for ARH & MRH to Officer Commanding of the Operational Support Squadron, among others. Additionally, Paul held roles in the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group, including Senior Project Manager for the AIR90 IFF Mode 5 Upgrade, and operated as a Maintenance Engineer at Bradken Rail. Paul Felber holds a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business and dual Bachelor's degrees in Engineering (Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation) and Commerce (Management) from the University of Wollongong.
