Stefan Mews

Stefan Mews has extensive experience in project and product management within the protection systems sector. Since September 2009, Stefan has served as the Head of Project/Product Management for the Product Unit Passive Protection at Rheinmetall WM GmbH. Prior to this role, Stefan was the Vice President of Project Management at Krauss-Maffei Wegmann from June 2002 to September 2009. Stefan began his career as a Technischer Offizier in the Bundeswehr from August 1989 to July 2001 and earlier worked as a Fluggerätbauer at MBB Messerschmitt Bölkow Blohm from July 1985 to July 1988. Stefan holds a Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl.Ing.) FH in Maschinenbau with a focus on Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik from Bundeswehr University Munich and has further educational experience at FernUniversität in Hagen and Queensland University of Technology.
