Nicola Mason started working as an Engineering Intern at BuroHappold Engineering in July 2015. They later joined the same company as a Graduate Engineer in January 2017. In 2018, Nicola began working as a Development Engineer at RHEON LABS.
Nicola Mason obtained a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.

Customers already include Xenith (an American football helmet manufacturer) and FLY Racing (a motorcycle helmet manufacturer). Collaborations with a number of other leading brands in the sporting, PPE, and motorsport sectors are currently underway.
