Jessie Doherty

Jessie Doherty is a Ceramic Engineer currently employed at RHI Magnesita since January 2025. Previously, Jessie held multiple positions at Resco Products, Inc. from September 2018 to January 2025, including QA Process Engineering Manager, Research Manager, and Research Engineer. Prior to that, Jessie worked as a Process Engineer at AluChem, Inc. from October 2013 to March 2018, focusing on tabular alumina products for investment casting applications. Jessie's career also includes roles at A. O. Smith's Protective Coatings Division as a Development Engineer, EI Ceramics as a Testing and Development Engineer, Sunnen Products Company as an Abrasives Product Engineer, and experience as a Summer Intern Engineering Student at Emhart Glass. Jessie began the professional journey with a Process Engineering Co-op at International Catalyst Technology. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Ceramic Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, obtained in 2008.
