Katalin Beri-Tene

Katalin Beri-Tene is an experienced HR and organizational development professional currently serving as an Expert in the Global People & Culture Competence Center at RHI Magnesita, where leadership of the Global Culture Champions Network empowers colleagues across five regions to enhance workplace culture. Previously, Katalin held the role of Senior Organization Development Consultant at Profiles International Hungary, focusing on employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness through competency and leadership assessments. Katalin's background includes HR Business Partner positions at EPAM Systems, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and KPMG Hungary, where support was provided to business unit leaders and employees on various HR initiatives. Katalin began a career in recruitment at Randstad Hungary and Qualysoft and holds dual master's degrees in Psychology and Management and Leadership from ELTE and SZIE, respectively.
