Matthew Pan

Matthew Pan currently serves as the Head of Global Digitalization at RHI Magnesita since April 2020, following a role as Senior Manager of Global Digitalization within the same company. Previously, Matthew worked at Rockwell Automation from February 2015 to March 2020, first as MES Project Manager and then as MES Program Manager. In the earlier stages of Matthew's career at Baosight from April 2003 to February 2015, responsibilities included senior project management, collaboration with sales in pre-sales projects, and the management of ERP/MES solutions. Matthew holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Tongji University, completed from 2000 to 2003 and 1996 to 2000, respectively.
