Norbert Halmer

Norbert Halmer is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in People & Culture integration, currently working at RHI Magnesita since January 2020. In the role of Project Manager for People & Culture Integration, Norbert supports the launch of a new sales region focused on the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa, while also developing strategies to integrate diverse cultures. Previous roles include serving as a Global People & Culture Business Partner and HR Business Partner across various organizations, including Air Liquide, Schindler Aufzüge und Fahrtreppen GmbH, and KONE. Norbert holds a Master of Arts in Strategic HR Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Work Design and HR Management from Fachhochschule des BFI Wien, along with HR Development studies from Hawaii Pacific University.
