Satakshi Chowdhury

Satakshi Chowdhury is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Global Head of Lead to Cash and Customer Service Operations at RHI Magnesita since March 2021, Satakshi previously held the position of AGM - Commercial Operations. Prior to this role, Satakshi was the Head of Order Processing at Intocast AG from June 2018 to February 2021, overseeing procurement, demand planning, and customer relations. Satakshi also contributed significantly to RHI Magnesita from August 2007 to May 2018 as the Head of Department for Order Processing, successfully leading a team and managing departmental transitions.
