Simone Oremovic

Simone Oremovic is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Executive VP for People, Global Projects, and Supply Chain at RHI Magnesita since November 2017, Simone has previously held significant roles including Global HR Head for Shire, where the oversight spanned multiple regions and a team of approximately 60 HR professionals. Prior to that role, Simone was Director of Human Resources at IBM Austria, managing HR operations for around 2,000 employees and developing key employer branding initiatives. Other notable positions include Head of Group HR at Telekom Austria Group and HR Director at GE Money Bank. Simone holds a Magistra in Economics from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and a master’s degree in International Affairs and HR from EBS Paris - European Business School.
