Jeanine Lemire Borko

Jeanine Lemire Borko has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Jeanine started their career at BlackRock as an Assistant Vice President in HR, where they worked from 1993 to 1996. Jeanine then moved on to Credit Suisse Asset Management, where they served as a Vice President in HR from 1996 to 2000, providing expertise in areas such as employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and organizational development. Jeanine successfully led the HR team through two mergers during their tenure at Credit Suisse. In 2000, Jeanine joined Viewpoint as a Vice President in HR, responsible for developing and managing the Human Resources Department and delivering a full range of HR services. Jeanine then transitioned to Principia Partners in 2005, where they held the role of HR Director and had full responsibility for all HR functions. In 2015, they joined Rhinebeck Bank as a Senior Vice President in HR, leading all HR functions and reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Throughout their career, Jeanine has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in various HR areas, including talent acquisition, employee relations, talent management, employment law, and benefits and compensation management.

Jeanine Lemire Borko has completed a fellowship in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Pattern for Progress, which they concluded in 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources at Baruch College and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. John's University.
