Marsha Janetski is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in media budgeting and strategic planning. Currently serving as Finance Manager at Rhino Entertainment since November 2022, Marsha has previously held key roles at PHD as Budget Project Manager, overseeing media budgets for GAP and Hewlett Packard, and at Initiative as Global Sr. Budget Analyst, managing Amazon's global media strategy across 17 countries. Marsha's earlier experience includes roles as Media Planner/Buyer at MediaCom, focusing on Universal Music Group and Spin Master, and as Media Planner at Universal Music Group, where advertising campaigns for new releases were developed. Marsha began the career as Media Trafficking Coordinator at Interscope Records. Marsha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Business from Elmhurst University.
