Yelitza Guerra is an experienced professional in the field of supply chain and operations management, with a background working in companies such as Rhino-Rack, Device Technologies, Ricoh Australia, Medtronic, COVIDIEN, and Estee Lauder. She has a strong track record of implementing technology platforms, leading distribution operations, and driving value capture initiatives. Yelitza is also actively involved in promoting gender balance through her role as a co-lead in the Medtronic Womens Network circle.
