Andrew Jones, CFA, serves as Principal at Cardin Partners since July 2016, specializing in enterprise software focused M&A transaction advisory for global technology companies. In addition, Andrew holds roles as a Limited Partner at VFF Fund II LP and 500 Startups Canada fund, as well as Principal and Co-Founder at Garibaldi Capital Advisors, delivering financial advisory services to high-growth Canadian technology firms. Andrew also provides management consulting and executive management support to emerging private companies at Concursion and previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Agrimatics. Other contributions include board membership at the Entrepreneur's Organization - Vancouver Chapter and partnership at Social Venture Partners. Educational qualifications include a CFA designation from the CFA Institute and a BASc in Computer Engineering from Simon Fraser University.
