Kezia Lounel Badulid

Kezia Lounel Badulid has been working in the field of operations management since 2008. Kezia Lounel began as an independent contractor providing virtual assistant services. In 2009, they became the Business Development Manager at Digital Distribution Global Training Solutions Pty. Ltd. and an Independent Paralegal - on call at Foro Energy. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Project Manager, Quality Assurance Specialist & Beta Tester, and Data Entry Specialist at Stone Lion Ventures. In 2013, they became the Operations Manager & Project Management Specialist at Rho AI, where they recruited, organized, trained, and managed new data entry and research teams, developed multiple online assessments, wrote and updated training manuals and troubleshooting guides, maintained calendars and schedules, managed the collection and data-entry of live race data, and provided technical support. In 2020, they became the Operations Manager at Echelon, and in 2021, they became the Operations Manager at both Aionics, Inc. and HighTide Intelligence.

Kezia Lounel Badulid received their High School diploma from Samar National School in 1997. Kezia Lounel then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of the Philippines in 2004. In 2013, they completed a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
