Isabel Palacios

Isabel Palacios is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in technical recruitment across several organizations. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Rho since March 2025, Isabel previously held roles at Justworks as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Technical Recruiter from May 2022 to February 2025. Isabel also worked at Nace Partners as a Senior Associate Recruiter and Associate Recruiter from May 2022 to April 2024, as well as at Motion Recruitment as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Technical Recruiter, focusing on iOS/Android development, UX/UI design, and product/project management. Additionally, Isabel gained marketing experience as a Marketing Assistant at Rutgers University–New Brunswick Recreation, where responsibilities included managing social media platforms and covering university events. Isabel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
