Jason Grohowski

Jason Grohowski is the VP at Rho Business Banking. Jason has over 8 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Rho, Jason was a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, where they specialized in business development and client services including structuring and negotiating commercial leases, developing comprehensive and strategic real estate plans, and assisting with the acquisition and disposition of owned or leased properties. Jason has also worked as an Associate at Advocate Commercial Real Estate Advisors, where they procured new business and maintained relationships with previous clients. Jason conducted market overviews, financial analysis, and strategy development for clients and provided expertise in the leasing of office space. Jason began their career as an Intern at Oppenheimer & Co.

After completing their Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Grand Valley State University, Jason Grohowski took improv classes at The Second City. Jason then went on to get certification from Black Box Acting in the Meisner Program, as well as certification from The iO Theater and The Second City in their respective improv programs. Finally, they got certification from Annoyance Theatre & Bar in their improv program.

They work with Kim Phifer - VP, Engineering, Damian Kimmelman - Co-Founder, and Adam Leader - VP, Product Management. Jason Grohowski reports to Everett Cook, CEO & Co-Founder.
