Milica Stanic

Milica Stanic has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and HR. Milica is currently working at Rho as a Talent Acquisition Specialist since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Grid Dynamics from June 2019 to May 2022, where they held the roles of Talent Acquisition Specialist and IT Sourcer/Researcher. In these roles, they were responsible for candidate sourcing, applicant screening, building a talent funnel, and candidate engagement for open positions. Before joining Grid Dynamics, Milica worked at Kandidate in 2019 as a Talent Researcher, where they provided talent management services for startups. Milica also has experience as an HR Intern at H.art Development Center in 2018. Overall, Milica has developed strong skills in talent acquisition and HR management throughout their work experience.

Milica Stanic completed their Bachelor's degree in Management of Human and Social Resources from the University of Belgrade, which they attended from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned their High School Diploma from Zemunska Gimnazija between 2010 and 2014. In addition to their formal education, Milica has obtained certifications such as the Amazing Hiring Sourcing Course from Amazing Hiring, which they completed in June 2020, and the Tech Recruitment Certified Professional from DevSkiller, also obtained in June 2020.
