Esther Bobbin

Esther Bobbin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Esther is currently working at Rho Impact as the Director of Operations. Prior to this, they held the position of Office of the CEO - Business Operations at the same company. Esther also has experience at the National Science Foundation (NSF) in the NSF Innovation Corp program. Esther founded and served as the Executive Director of United by Chocolate, a non-profit organization focused on providing information and data to those connected to the chocolate industry. Esther has also worked as the Managing Director at the Northwest Chocolate Industry Conference and as a Project Manager & Organic Certification Specialist at Hot Cakes. Esther served as a Technology Transfer Consultant at the Mexican Institute of Astrophysics, Optics, & Electronics (CONACYT) and as a Business Development/Marketing Analyst at SAIC. Additionally, they gained experience as an Information Research Associate at Kearney.

Esther Bobbin has a diverse education history. In 2023, they obtained a Certificate in Sustainable Investing from Harvard Business School Online. In 2012, they completed their MBA with a specialization in Global Management, focusing on Supply Chain Management, from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2004, Esther attended James Madison University, where they earned a B.B.A. in International Business with a minor in Spanish. In addition to their formal education, Esther also pursued additional certifications, including completing the Google AdWords Fundamentals Exam and working towards obtaining a Google AdWords Certification in 2015.
