Bruce Courtade

Bruce Courtade has extensive experience in law and governance, currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for Metro Health Corporation and Metro Health Hospital since February 2017. Courtade has been a Vice President and Shareholder at Rhoades McKee since June 2000, along with fulfilling the role of Mediator after completing an intensive 40-hour program. Courtade co-chaired the 21st Century Practice Task Force for the State Bar of Michigan from 2014 to 2016, aimed at enhancing member support amid evolving legal service dynamics. Previous positions include Board Member for the UofM Advisory Board on Intercollegiate Athletics, President of the State Bar of Michigan, and involvement with the West Michigan Center for Arts & Technology. Courtade earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and an AB in History from the University of Michigan.
