Alicia Sasso

Alicia Sasso, MPA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management within the engineering and power solutions sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Outfitting at Rhoads Industries, effective April 2024, Alicia previously held multiple leadership roles at ExecuPOWER LLC, including Director of the Project Management Office, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of project managers and managing diverse power projects across the United States. Throughout a substantial career at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division, Alicia progressed from Mechanical Engineer to Deputy Department Manager, managing large teams, significant budgets, and critical initiatives. Alicia holds a Master of Public Administration from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University College of Engineering.
