Prior to this role, William held significant positions at First Niagara Bank as Market Executive, Wilmington Trust as SVP/Chief Credit Officer, and CoreStates Financial Corporation as Vice President, all within the commercial banking sector. William holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Gettysburg College, obtained between 1977 and 1981, and completed education at Radnor High School from 1972 to 1977.
