Praveen Nivja

Praveen Nivja has worked in the technical support industry since 2010. Praveen started as a Senior Technical Support Executive at Aithent Inc. in 2010, and then moved on to become the Technical Support Team Lead at Rhoads Online Institute in 2013.

Praveen Nivja obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from Kuvempu University, Shankaraghatta, Shimoga between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree of Science from Indian Jobs and Careers between 2004 and 2007. Additionally, they obtained a Software Engineer (ANIIT) certification from NIIT Limited in March 2007 and an Oracle 9i Administration certification from Oracle in November 2006.
