Laura Fekishazy

Laura Fekishazy has over 30 years of work experience. Laura began their career in 1989 as a Business Analyst at TRW (now Northrop Grumman). Laura then moved to Keswick Hall in 1993, where they served as Human Resource Manager. In 2007, they became the Director of Human Resources at the UVA Alumni Association. In 2018, they joined Robert Half Management Resources as a Human Resource Consultant. In 2019, they were appointed Human Resources Director at REGION TEN COMMUNITY SERVICES BOARD INC. Laura currently serves as Human Resource Manager at Rhoback since 2022.

Laura Fekishazy obtained their Bachelor degree of science in Fashion Merchandising from Radford University between 1982 and 1986. Prior to that, they attended McLean High School between 1978 and 1982. Laura also holds a PHR certification.
