James Windsor

James Windsor is a seasoned professional in business development, currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Rhodar Specialist Enabling Works since July 2023. Previously, James held similar roles at Néos Consultancy from August 2021 to June 2023 and worked as a Sales & Marketing Engineer. Earlier experience includes a position in the automotive sector and a short-term contract role. James began a career in toolmaking at thyssenkrupp System Engineering, where the journey started as an Apprentice Toolmaker, progressing to die maintenance toolmaker. James is an alumnus of St Helens College.
