Mark Baker

Mark Baker serves as an Intelligence Analyst at the Rhode Island Attorney General's Office since July 2021. Concurrently, Mark has been a member of the Rhode Island Army National Guard since December 2014, holding various roles including Field Artillery Automated Tactical Data System Specialist, Analyst, and Lead Generator. Prior experience includes serving as an Environmental Specialist at Triumvirate Environmental from March 2016 to June 2017. Mark Baker holds a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management & Homeland Security from Massachusetts Maritime Academy, earned between 2011 and 2015.
