Jason Dufault is the current Operations Manager at USENTRA Security. Jason has over thirteen years of experience in managing perishable inventory, rotation, stocking, and overseeing perishable catering programs. In addition, Jason has been tasked with assisting in the creation, design, product placement & choices of two grand openings from the ground up, exceeded budget and time restraints, established several new vendor relations.

Jason Dufault has an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Accounting and Business/Management from the Community College of Rhode Island. Jason also has a certification from the Higher Education division of John Wiley and Sons in HACCP Basic Certification, as well as certifications from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Transportation Identification Credential and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). Additionally, they are certified in Heartsaver CPR (Infant/Child/Adult) AED by Pawtuxet Valley Educators Inc., and has a Certified Food Safety License from the Rhode Island Department of Health. Finally, they have a ServSafe Certification from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF).
