Erica J. Russell Salk

Erica J. Russell Salk, PE, currently serves as the Manager of Customer Energy Integration at Rhode Island Energy since June 2022. Prior to this role, Erica held various engineering management positions at National Grid from September 2013 to June 2022, including Engineering Manager for Protection Policy & IEC 61850 NE and Supervisor of Protection Operation, among others. Erica began their career as an Associate Electrical Engineer at Parsons in early 2013. Erica's academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Brown University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Trinity College-Hartford, supplemented by studies at Dartmouth College.
