Keith Tavares

Keith Tavares is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector and organizational advancement. Currently serving as a Capacity Building Officer at The Rhode Island Foundation since June 2017, Keith oversees programs and operations that enhance the capabilities of nonprofit organizations in Rhode Island. Prior to this role, Keith was the Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Child & Family, where responsibilities included development, marketing, and public relations for the state’s largest social service agency. Keith also held significant positions at Citizens Financial Group, Boston University, and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Boston University.
