Monica Benson

Monica Benson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in member relations and fund administration. Currently serving as the Scholarship and Special Funds Administrator at the Rhode Island Foundation since February 2022, Monica previously held key positions at Tech Collective, including Director of Member Relations and Director of Business Development, where responsibilities encompassed strategic marketing and member engagement. Additional experience includes roles at Seven Hills Foundation as a PASS Worker and managerial responsibilities at Salon Serendipity. Monica's career began at St. John's University as Assistant to the Director of Alumni Affairs and later as Director of Alumni Relations at Molloy College. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Education from St. John's University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Education from Molloy University.
