Joanna L'Heureux serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank. Prior to their current role, Joanna held the position of Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at Rhode Island Interlocal Risk Management Trust. With a background as Finance Director for the City of Pawtucket, RI, Joanna brings extensive experience in financial management. Joel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Bryant University.
