Dianne Guerreiro

Dianne Guerreiro currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at APG & Co Pty Ltd since November 2023. Prior to this role, Dianne was the Managing Director of Toys "R" Us Japan from May 2019 to December 2021, overseeing operations, strategic planning, and P&L management for a business generating approximately US$1B in revenue. From April 2009 to June 2018, Dianne held the position of Managing Director at Toys"R"​Us Australia | Babies"R"Us Australia, where significant sales growth and improvements in eCommerce and customer satisfaction were achieved. Dianne's earlier roles include positions as GM Finance/CFO and Financial Controller at Toys"R"​Us Australia, as well as various finance-focused roles at Specialty Fashion Group and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Dianne holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney and is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
