Ibis Berganza

Ibis Berganza is an experienced administrative professional with a diverse background in executive assistance and office management. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Diversity Officer at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island since February 2023 and as an Executive Assistant at WSBE Rhode Island PBS since April 2022, Ibis has also held long-term roles, including Administrative Assistant at Sargent Rehabilitation Center and multiple administrative positions within various school departments. Areas of expertise include producing Individual Rehabilitation Plans, developing tracking systems, organizing meetings, and handling payroll. Ibis holds certificates in Billing and Coding from Lincoln Tech and in Executive Assistance from Katharine Gibbs School.
