Jean Ratcliffe

Jean Ratcliffe is an experienced project manager and application specialist with a robust background in HRIS applications and data integration, currently serving at Rhode Island School of Design since November 2019. Prior positions include project management roles at State Street Bank and Trust Company and Citizens Bank, where significant achievements included leading the separation of Citizens Bank from the Royal Bank of Scotland and overseeing the implementation of the Employee Stock Purchase Plan during the bank's IPO.
