Alicia Ridge

Alicia Ridge is an experienced professional in training, development, and educational program management, currently serving as the Coordinator of Employee Training (Chief Learning Officer) for the State of Rhode Island since February 2021. In addition to this role, Alicia has been an Advanced Business Services Instructor at the Community College of Rhode Island since June 2019, where curriculum development focuses on workplace readiness and interpersonal skills. Previous experiences include serving as a Human Resources Learning Partner at Collette, an Internship Services Manager at Year Up, and various roles in higher education, including Area Director at Bryant University and Assistant Residence Hall Director at the University of Connecticut. Alicia holds a Master's Degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor's Degree in American Civilization from Brown University, with a concentration in Race, Gender, and Sexuality.
