Jacob Schwalm is a seasoned packaging professional with extensive experience in the cosmetic and personal care industries. Currently serving as the Director of Packaging at rhode skin since March 2025, Jacob previously held the role of Director of Packaging Engineering at Murad and Senior Manager of Packaging Engineering at goop.
