Charlie Vest

Charlie Vest is an Associate Director at Rhodium Group, where they focus on trade, economic, and energy affairs. Charlie has also worked as an intern at the National Bureau of Asian Research, an editor-in-chief at China Focus, and a research manager at China Energy Storage Alliance. As a research manager, they conducted research, wrote reports, and translated them into English. Charlie also led a global outreach campaign that resulted in paid conference sign-ups and partnerships with international trade associations in Australia and the US. Additionally, Charlie has experience working as an independent consultant for clean energy businesses.

Charlie Vest graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Colorado State University. Charlie then attended an intensive language program at Beijing Foreign Studies University. Afterward, they earned their Master of Chinese Economic and Political Affairs from the UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy (GPS).
