Karl Sweeney

Karl Sweeney has extensive experience in maintenance and rigging, currently serving as a Maintenance Technician at Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group since May 2022. Prior to this role, Karl worked as a Maintenance Technician at Decotek Automotive from November 2020 to April 2022 and operated as a freelance owner driver from October 2012 to September 2020. Notably, Karl spent over 15 years as a Rigging Supervisor at RTÉ, focusing on transmission rigging. In terms of education, Karl holds a Certificate in Health and Safety from University College Dublin, completed in 2006, and has foundational education from Bolton Street and Marian College Landsdowne.
